Rick Ross is renovating his enormous Miami Beach mansion and has bragged that it’ll be worth $50 million.

In a video posted on Instagram on Tuesday (January 30), the rap mogul documented the major construction work that his property is currently undergoing, with several diggers seen at work on the ocean front property.

Rozay gave his followers a tour of the palace-in-progress, narrating as he went along.

“This is what a $50 million home on Star Island looks like,” he said. “Talk is cheap. You finna do something great. The biggest boss, Ricky Rozay, the culture. We told them everyday we hustling, they laughed at us.”

Ross then showed the inside of the property and said: “I spent 35 tickets on my crib and you see what I’m doing,” as he filmed people at work.

Rick Ross only bought the property last year, spending a reported $37 million on the Star Island pad.

The 40,000 sq. ft. property came equipped with amenities like a games room, a 40-foot dock on the waterfront, an in-ground pool, a pool table and plaza deck terraces. Ross apparently always intended on renovating the property.

After purchasing the mansion, embattled Bad Boy Records boss Diddy presented him with a housewarming gift.

The media mogul, who also owns a home in the swanky Star Island neighborhood, gifted his “Holy Ghost” collaborator a souped-up golf cart that he can use to get around the man-made island in style.

“This your housewarming gift, n-gga,” Puffy said in a video posted to Ross’ Instagram Stories last summer. “You not moving in ’cause you just got approved by the community board… This is an intimate space. This is really private, he doesn’t let nobody in here. This is Star Island.”

He added: “But this right here is my housewarming gift because around Star Island — you could walk around Star Island, but it’s better to drive.”

Diddy also warned Rick Ross that he couldn’t host crazy parties in the upmarket neighborhood.

“I’m not playing with you, Rozay,” he joked. “No fucking parties. No pool parties. I’m the head of the [committee], I don’t do none of that shit. You hear me? Rozay, we not doing none of that.”
