Rich Homie Quan Blasts Fan For Questioning His Wealth: ‘F-ck You Talking About’

Rich Homie Quan‘s heyday of commercial hits may have been nearly a decade ago, but the Atlanta native claims his pockets have only gotten fatter.

The Rich Gang rapper hosted an Instagram Live earlier this week where he laughed off a fan asking him if he was still rich.

“Am I still rich? Is today Thursday? Okay then, fuck you talking about n-gga? Crazy, man,” he replied with a smile. “That n-gga said.”

    Watch the exchange below:

Back in 2015, following his string of hits, the “Type of Way” rapper sued his ex-label Think It’s A Game Entertainment for allegedly cheating him out of $2million in his record deal.

Even without lucrative music checks coming in during recent years, he claimed to still make over $1million through alternative avenues such as real estate. Quan joined the Trapital podcast last December where he expanded on his real estate hustle.

“I’m trying to put my peers and younger generation on real estate, man,” he told host Dan Runcie. “Less jewelry, less flashy and get the things that really matter. We gon’ screen the block. Let’s go buy a couple of properties on the block. So, now we have a reason to rep the block.

“I think last year I made a million plus on real estate. And not a music check involved. The revenue came in from rental properties, several flips on houses, and selling his first home. What’s also notable is that all of the properties are in his home state of Georgia.”

He continued: “I’m born and raised here, but now I’m getting on the level now I’m going out in different states and going to buy smaller stuff and just revamping them, reselling them — doing a clip flipping and stuff like that.

“I won’t be focusing on Quan the artist. But as far as Quan the CEO coin, [I] may start writing more because I just love music that much. And I still can’t see myself never not creating. So I’ve been even dipping into it now, writing more.”

Rich Homie Quan is still dabbling in music while utilizing the independent route. He released his latest single “Got Yo Wingz” via his Rich Homie Entertainment in July.
