Rich Homie Quan’s Death Ruled An Accident & Cause Revealed

Rich Homie Quan‘s death has officially been ruled an accident, as the cause has been confirmed by the Fulton County Medical Examiner.

According to the Medical Examiner’s report obtained by TMZ on Tuesday (October 1), the “Type Of Way” rapper’s death was a result of the toxic mix of fentanyl, alprazolam, codeine and promethazine.

The report also noted he showed no signs of trauma.

On September 17, Rich Homie Quan was celebrated by family, fans and peers like Killer Mike and DC Young Fly at a beautiful homegoing service in Georgia.

Held at World Changers Church International in South Fulton, the open-casket ceremony was packed to the brim with well wishers. This was the decision of Quan’s father Corey Lamar, who decided to do a large service to celebrate his son’s life.

The city of Atlanta officially declared September 17 to be Rich Homie Quan Memorial Day and Mike, DC, former NBA star Stephen Jackson and more addressed the crowd with kind words about the late rap star.

The former Rich Gang rapper died on September 5 after being found unresponsive in his home.

The police report stated that Quan was initially found at his Atlanta home “asleep on the floor by the kitchen with food in his mouth” by his brother Andre Munford in the early hours of September 5.

Munford told police he then carried the rapper onto a couch, describing the circumstances as “very unusual.”

Hours later, Quan’s girlfriend Amber Williams awoke to find him laying on the couch. She then left the house to drop her kids off at school.

Upon returning, Williams said Quan had not moved from the couch. Assuming he was still sleeping, she went back upstairs to their bedroom to go back to sleep, the report said.

After waking up, Williams said she checked on Quan at 11 a.m. which is when she noticed that his body was cold and he did not appear to be breathing. She immediately called 911, per the report.

The responding officer said the rapper did not appear to be “alert, conscious or breathing” when he arrived at the property and he did not suspect foul play — an assessment that has now been born out.

Quan, who was 34 years old, was transported to nearby Grady Hospital in Atlanta where he was pronounced dead.

    1. cats cooking they own now thought they stopped makin the promyth eitherway why fent anywhere near it sheesh yall youngins ih well

    2. It’s called a drug test, you put some of your drugs on it and it tells you what’s in the drugs. All you rich folks croaking off from fentanyl, that’s just Darwin at this point. Dumb mothafuckas.

      1. Darwin was a well paid pseudoscientist fraud and a m@son. There’s a reason it’s still called the theory of evolution; because when a theory gets scientifically proven, it becomes a law. Now who’s ignorant?

      2. Laws are mathematical terms
Theory hold the same meaning in science
Theory means all observations and experiments prove to be true. Please get more educated if you wish to correct people.

      3. It’s funny you mention that, Jimmy Neutron. The archaeological record doesn’t adequately support that bs pseudoscientific theory either. Quite specifically, there is substantially more evidence in modern evolutionary science for inter-species mutualism/symbiosis in the past than fiercely competitive dog eat dog determinism.

      4. *Furthermore, I find it hilarious you’re arguing semantics and talking about science and math as if they’re mutually exclusive. The vast majority of legitimate science is integrally backed up by mathematics and suggesting that Physics, for example, isn’t a science is just about the most absurd claim I’ve ever heard. Also, there is a clear distinction between science and pseudoscience. You may also argue correlational studies are legitimately scientific but a legit scientist would tell you they are mostly empirical hogwash. Just because you record some experiments and observations doesn’t make your “theory” legitimately scientifically true like phrenology for example.

      5. **Also, everything you said here is clickbait nonsense and erroneous. Perhaps it will resonate with folks who are un”educated” as you put it, but it holds no logical or reasonable weight whatsoever. There are absolutely in fact laws of science. And laws and theory do not necessarily mean the same thing as it translates through math and science. You made a bunch of gross generalizations here. And, regardless, I find it hilarious you make these half-assed self-righteous claims, but also you can apparently barely string together a coherent sentence. Please provide punctuation and grammar if you want to correct people.
