Remy Ma‘s alleged boyfriend, battle rapper Eazy the Block Captain, has finally broken his silence on the cheating rumors that are swirling around the Terror Squad rapper and her husband, Papoose.
On Saturday (September 23), Eazy’s presumptive publicist, Nicole Sabrina, posted a statement claiming that her client was shopping around for a platform to tell his story, but refuted claims that he was offered money for the interview.

“On 9/22/23, I issued a statement to some media outlets advising that @eazyblockcapt1 would be making a statement today and that the exclusive story is available. This was done without Eazy’s consent,” she wrote. “I understand that this is a serious error, and I take full responsibility for my actions.
“My words and intent are now being twisted at the sacrifice of a client and I cannot have that. Eazy and I have worked together for a few years, and while it has been some time since our last project, I took it upon myself to begin discovery on potential business opportunities from a PR standpoint.”

She added: “Let me be clear, no amount of money was requested for an interview with Eazy. I made it clear that he would be dropping a statement on his own platforms first and that I have received offers for an exclusive interview after the release of that statement.
“Eazy did not and does not want to profit from an interview, he only wanted to release a statement telling his side of the story. I love our media and blog partners, and understand they have a duty to report the latest information on trending topics, but any blog outlet reporting anything different is not the whole truth.”

“I have apologized to him and his team, and I am working with them to ensure that this does not happen again,” her message continued. “My intentions were pure but have been taken in a way that does not shed good light on Eazy and any party involved and for that, I apologize,” her statement continued.
That same day, the popular Chrome23 signee posted a now-deleted Instagram Story further teasing that all questions about his relationship status will soon be cleared up.
“If it’s not me, nobody speaks on my behalf. There’s a lot of rumors out there that I will address very soon,” he wrote.

Cracks in Remy Ma and Papoose’s seemingly idyllic relationship first began to appear in June when the latter reportedly confronted Eazy the Block Captain at a Chrome 23 event and knocked him out for getting “too cozy” with his wife.
Remy Ma, however, took to her Twitter to deny the claims.

“I’d like to apologize to everyone that was disappointed tonight because we couldn’t get 3 full rounds from all the opponents… I tried…and can y’all pleasee STOP with the Eazy & Pap LIES,” she tweeted. “There’s NO place like Chrome! Right back at it; see y’all in August #Chrome23.”
Then, on Wednesday (September 20), blogger Tasha K — who is perhaps best known for her costly legal battle with Cardi B — added fuel to the cheating rumors by sharing an alleged photo of Remy Ma and Eazy the Block Captain on a “date.”.
Speculation surrounding Remy’s alleged infidelity was fueled even further when a Twitter user claimed to have heard the “All the Way Up” rapper in the background of a recent Eazy the Block Captain interview.
The battle rapper jumped on a video call with YouTuber Ayeverb314 earlier this week to discuss his recent battle with Geechi Gotti. Eazy was in the car at the time, and a woman’s voice could be heard in the vehicle next to him.

When the woman, who couldn’t be seen on camera, started talking, Eazy looked at her and seemingly motioned for her to be quiet.
“I hear REMY MA in the background [eyes emoji],” read the viral tweet, which has been viewed over 300,000 times.
“Look at the tap he gave her to keep quiet, too,” someone wrote in the replies, while another user claimed: “He definitely riding round with Remy lmao.”
