Rapper King Gordy was reportedly shot five times during an alleged robbery in Detroit, Michigan, sources report.
According to several sources close to the rapper, Gordy is believed to have survived the shooting but there is no current update on his condition.
D12’s Bizarre, who is in a duo with Gordy called The Davidians, took to Twitter to wish the rapper well. “King gordy.. get well my nigga.. I’m praying for u… I’m on way back know to the d,” wrote Bizarre, who recently released videos with Gordy for “Justin Bieber” and “Psycho Bill.”
Kuniva also addressed the shooting on his Twitter page, writing, “No. but prayers are up for my east side bro. RT @Kate2373: @KunivaD12 have you any updates on King Gordy’s condition ? :(“
Gordy is best known for his horrorcore lyrics. His debut album The Entity, executive produced by Eminem, released in 2003, and he dropped his most recent EP Hail Dark Lord Vader last year.
