Queen Naija has called out the hypocrisy that people show when it comes to who they like versus who they don’t care for when it comes to the internet.

The R&B singer took to Twitter on Saturday (June 17) to voice her opinion about how fickle people are on the internet and the hypocritical nature that follows their actions.

“The internet really got people pretending they don’t like someone just because everyone else doesn’t like them when that person hasn’t done anything to THEM lol,” she wrote. “& if they DO like them they can’t say it bc they’ll get cancelled.. crazy world we live in.”

Check out Queen Naija’s tweet below:

This isn’t the first time Queen Naija has had to put internet trolls in their place. According to HotNewHipHop, in 2021, she had to defend herself on Twitter after people accused her of being a colorist.

“It’s not even a joke anymore, at this point it’s harassment, bullying and hate speech. I would start suing y’all, but there’s no point cause y’all are broke,” she said in previous tweet that has since been deleted. “Y’all are the group of ppl who would drive someone into committing suicide. it’s all fun & games tho. Good thing I was built for this.”

In her latest tweet, the Michigan star mention any names, but one person that comes to mind that people seem to be divided about at the moment is Gunna.

Although many people, including YSL affiliates, have been saying the Atlanta hitmaker snitched on Young Thug in order to get released from jail, he recently assured Thug he didn’t rat on him on his new album A Gift & A Curse.

Gunna dropped his latest project on Friday (June 16) on Thug’s Young Stoner Life label, serving as his first album since being freed in December after accepting a plea deal in his label’s high-profile case.

Various songs on the new album find Gunna addressing the “snitch” allegations head-on. On the track “I Was Just Thinking,” he opens up about crying over Young Thug’s situation and the “lies” people are saying about him.

That’s four walls talkin’ to you, tellin’ you you gone/ Only I done criеd, ’cause this feelin’ for my bro (King Slime)/ And you know my mind, you done watched that n-gga grow/ I know you hear the lies, it’s your lil’ brother, my folk/ Yeah, I had popped out, but don’t let ’em say I told,” he raps.

On “Rodeo Dr,” he also claims he’s been approaching those who have called him out for snitching — although it’s not clear exactly who he’s talking about.

I know you heard I been pullin’ up pressin’ these n-ggas who claimin’ I ratted/ And been all on the yacht with my muthafuckin’ shirt off, look at it, my whole body tatted,” he spits.
