Playboi Carti has been called out by Falling in Reverse lead singer Ronnie Radke over their dispute regarding the rapper allegedly stealing merchandise designs.

Though the issue was legally settled in 2022, Radke evidently still harbors ill will towards Carti, as he explained on social media.

Writing on X (formerly Twitter), Radke explained the issues between the rock band and Atlanta rapper: “Put my band name on a shirt, I asked him nicely to take down he can keep the money just take it down, he replied ‘my bad I got you.’

“[L]eft it up, warned him 3 more times he left me on read after sued him, he tried negotiating a small % I said get fucked I’m taking 100% and also he paying my lawyer fees.

“He ultimately settled for 100% sent me all the profit. [and] asked me to stop talking about him online. Cause he’s got this rock n roll goth boi image or whatever to uphold. so in shorter terms. playboi carti had to hand me a bag.”

In a separate post, Radke added: “Playboi carti fucking sucks. you couldn’t pay me.”

It was previously disclosed that Falling in Reverse would receive a lump sum from Playboi Carti after they accused the rapper of stealing designs of their merchandise for his Whole Lotta Red Tour in 2021.

Radke called out Carti online over the designs at the time, writing: “@playboicarti cease and desist mr rapper boi stop stealing. Bro the first shirt is a Bad Religion album!! And the second is my [band], this unoriginal ass dude got 24 hours.”

Radke additionally commented on Carti’s Instagram post that revealed the cover art and release date for Whole Lotta Red.

“Take my band name off your merch on your store,” he demanded. “Or I’ll just take all the money you [make] from it. Either way.”

Radke also posted a screenshot of a cease and desist letter that was sent to Carti.

It said: “To Whom It May Concern. This office serves as legal counsel to Ronnie Radke, p/k/a ‘Falling In Reverse.’ This email is to inform you that you are selling an apparel item on the Playboi Carti webstore that violates my client’s rights in his trademark ‘Falling In Reverse.’
