PARTYNEXTDOOR has shared a snippet of a new song which sees him take shots at Tory Lanez.
The surprising move, given both PND and Lanez are close to Drake, saw the singer play an upcoming track on Instagram Live that makes his feelings about his fellow Canadian clear.

The OVO Sound crooner appears to accuse Lanez of copying his sound on the song, rapping: “Fuck what Tory Lanez say, you know the B, I’m running that / I did everything he did, oh he’s just a running man […] You said I sound like Young Thug, you know you sound like me […] One day, you’ll be me.”
PND also said during the broadcast while introducing the untitled track: “I’m not y’all n-ggas’ friend. Fuck you talking ’bout, bro? Stop saying my name, n-gga.”

PARTYNEXTDOOR and Tory Lanez have never shown any signs of beef before and even collaborated with each other back in 2018.
The diss track is an even a bigger surprise considering Lanez just recently showed love to PND while teasing new music from behind bars.

“PARTYNEXTDOOR showed his best work of 2025, Drake showed his best work of 2025, The Weeknd showed his best work of 2025,” said in leaked audio of a prison phone call, referencing $ome $exy $ongs 4 U and Hurry Up Tomorrow.
“Now it’s time for me to come out,” he added.

The pair’s mutual friend, Drake, has also been a consistent supporter of Lanez’s since he was locked up for shooting Megan Thee Stallion.
Last year, Drizzy called on the Alone at Prom rapper to be released from prison, angering many fans.
He also previously suggested that Megan lied about being shot by Tory, rapping on his 2022 song “Circo Loco”: “This bitch lie about getting shots, but she still she a stallion / She don’t even get the joke, but she still smiling.”
Megan quickly hit back at Drake on social media, writing: “Stop using my shooting for clout bitch ass N-ggas! Since when tf is it cool to joke abt women getting shot! You n-ggas especially RAP N-GGAS ARE LAME! Ready to boycott bout shoes and clothes but dog pile on a black woman when she say one of y’all homeboys abused her.”
