OutKast and Drake are slated to co-headline OVO Fest 2014, which is set to take place August 3-4 in Molson Canadian Amphitheatre in Toronto, according to Complex.
In 2013, OVO Fest featured Kanye West, Diddy and Ma$e. To view a breakdown of last year’s OVO Fest, click here. All of those acts performed on Day 2 of the show as the first day of 2013’s OVO Fest was cancelled due to Frank Ocean’s health issues. The event was announced on Instagram with the following caption: “@welcomeovo Presents the 5th Annual OVOFEST @champagnepapi #ovofest #drake #outkast.”
The event marks another 2014 concert for OutKast. The group is slated to perform in several festival events this year, including Coachella. “OutKast will return to the stage with a full festival run of over 40 dates to celebrate 20 years sinceSouthernplayalisticadillacmuzik,” the group announced in January.
Seems like these guys are playing every festival under the sun this year. Cool that all the fans will get a chance to see them together again.
