Nicki Minaj has blocked a fan after they tried to show the rapper some love with a bit of artwork that left much to be desired.
On Tuesday (May 16), a fan took to Twitter to share their stencil drawing of the “Pink Friday” rapper. The photo appears to show Minaj posing with her head in her hands and smiling at the camera.

“Okay just finished, thoughts?” they captioned the photo.
While, certainly, the fan deserves an “E” for effort, it’s not exactly Louvre-worthy material. Take a peek at the artwork below.
Not long after the fan took to Twitter to share the artwork, they posted a follow-up tweet revealing that Nicki Minaj had blocked them.
“OMG queen it was a joke [crying face emojis],” they wrote. “Please unblock me [crying face emojis] @NickiMinaj.”

The fan then followed up with a tweet on Thursday (May 18), claiming they were just joking with the portrait.
“these blogs are so obsessed with nicki and the barbz,” they wrote. “It was a joke I now regret posting it.”
Fellow Barbz, however, weren’t impressed with the effort.
“Why I thought this was a drawing of Hailey Beiber?” wrote one, while another said: “We can work on… maybe finding another hobbie [sic] or go and fetch some other talent.”
A third quoted one of Minaj’s famous bars: “Hang it up…flatscreen!”

While Nicki Minaj has a reputation for being nothing if not brutal, she recently showed a softer side of herself when she dropped a heartfelt message for other struggling moms on Mother’s Day (May 14).
The Instagram post, which included a carousel of photos that started with one of her and her husband, Kenneth Petty, alongside their son Papa Bear, included photos of Papa with all of his grandmas. Nicki shouted them all out and said her son was so “lucky” to have them in his life.
“All I can think about is how sleep deprived my husband & I were,” the Pinkprint rapper began. “And how I wouldn’t trade even one minute of the journey to becoming your mom.”
She continued: “3 diff moms in this slide. Papa, one day I hope you’ll know how lucky you are to have them. Happy Mother’s Day Mommy. Thank you for bringing me to church with you when I was a kid. Happy Mother’s Day to my husband’s mother who helped us soooo much in the first year so we could get a few hours of sleep sometimes.

“Happy Mother’s Day to my husband’s grandmother whom he adores. And to you. The mothers who have no clue how you’re going to “figure it out”. Wishing you blessings & peace. You will ABSOLUTELY figure it out. I promise. You’re a superhero”
