Nicki Minaj has again fueled concern among her fans after making another erratic livestream appearance.
Speaking to her followers on Instagram Live on Thursday (February 15), the Young Money hitmaker rapped the lyrics to her song “Moment 4 Life” to the camera, abruptly changing from whispering to shouting throughout.

She also said she would be signing fans’ breasts on her upcoming Pink Friday 2 Tour.
As she groped herself, Minaj said: “I will be signing boobs again. If you pretty, I sign titties. Will I be able to sign every boob? No. But make sure you do not touch the boob. Once it’s signed, let boob sit for five minutes. Cinco minutos.”

“Once boob sits, then you will be able to decide if you want to take an immediate picture of boob or just examine everything and make sure,” she added before breaking out into laughter. “Okay, that was a joke but I am signing boobs again.”
Seemingly responding to comments on her livestream, she went on to say: “No, I’m not signing your penis. Booty cheeks? Why would I sign somebody’s booty cheeks?”
The bizarre stream elicited a number of reactions from fans. Some expressed concern for Nicki Minaj, whose other recent livestream appearances have led to accusations of drug use.
“Her behavior concerns me,” one person said, while another asked: “Is she okay?”

Nicki’s fans had a similar reaction to her conversation on X Spaces with Joe Budden last month amid her feud with Megan Thee Stallion.
During the broadcast, she made a number of claims about Roc Nation paying people to badmouth her online and using bots to boost Megan’s single “Hiss,” leading to accusations she was on cocaine.
Minaj later denied the drug allegations, saying: “Whenever you see the words ‘coke rant’ you know they mad. If y’all hear how loud I’m laughing [laughing emojis]. I’ve never done coke in my life. But if I did, I’d do it proudly.”
She previously admitted she became briefly addicted to Percocet after being prescribed the drug for menstrual cramps.

“No one told me that this was a narcotic and this was addictive. Luckily I was able to ground myself. But — once an addict, always an addict,” she said in an interview with Vogue.
“I feel like if you’ve ever experienced addiction to anything, which I have, you always have to think twice and three times about the choices that you make.”
