After a search they found weed and “paraphernalia,” which is bongs and pipes and such, and a Tech-9 and a Beretta. The Tech-9 was not loaded but the Beretta .380 was. Both were unregistered and confiscated by the cops.
After being booked in the Mohave County Jail on Friday, he was released on $3500 bail on Saturday. So why won’t these musicians learn? Why should they? What is he going to have to suffer for this infraction? No jail time, maybe a fine that is a small percentage of what he gets for his vintage hooks.
