Megan Thee Stallion is seeking a restraining order against Tory Lanez for allegedly running a “campaign of harassment” against her from prison.

Megan’s lawyers filed a request for a temporary restraining order against the rapper in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Tuesday (December 17), almost 18 months after he was sentenced to 10 years for shooting her in July 2020.

The 194-page document claims that Tory “continues to terrorize” Megan through the use of third-party bloggers, who were allegedly paid by the rapper to “spread defamatory statements” about her and cast doubt on her credibility in the shooting case.

It specifically mentions various posts from blogger Milagro Gramz (real name Milagro Elizabeth Cooper), who Megan sued in October for cyberstalking, emotional distress and promoting an “altered sexual depiction” by sharing deepfake pornographic content of her.

The petition includes Zelle records that show Lanez’s father, Sonstar Carlisle John Peterson, paid Cooper $3,000 between October 28, 2020 and March 3, 2022, in six installments.

It also cites jail phone calls between Tory and his dad in which the rapper asks about payments to Cooper, which were also mentioned in a recent amendment to Megan’s lawsuit against the blogger.

“[Tory Lanez] is fully aware of the impact of the psychological warfare he has waged against [Megan Thee Stallion], yet he continues to deputize his supporters to attack [Megan’s] character and integrity,” the complaint reads.

“Years after the criminal trial, [Tory], by and through his media puppets, continues to reoffend [Megan] by forcing her to relive this trauma.”

Megan is requesting the court to order Lanez to stay at least 100 yards away from her, as well as her home, vehicle and place of work. She also wants him to not contact her, directly or indirectly, and to stop his alleged online harassment.

A judge previously issued a protective order against Tory in October 2020, followed by a gag order in February 2021, but that order expired in 2023.

“Most concerning is that if [Megan] is not issued at least (a) civil harassment restraining order, she will be left without any protection for when [Tory] is released from prison,” her lawyers argue. “This possibility alone causes [Megan] severe emotional distress and makes her fearful for her life.”

A hearing on the matter is scheduled for January 9.
