Megan Thee Stallion has clapped back at Pardison Fontaine after he didn’t accept responsibility for allegedly cheating on her and criticized her for airing out their problems in public.

The 28-year-old took to Instagram Live on Tuesday (December 13) and addressed her ex-boyfriend’s claim of never having been unfaithful to her, suspicions of which were made public via the lyrics to her new song “Cobra.”

Pulled up, caught him cheatin’, gettin’ his dick sucked in the same spot I’m sleepin’/ Lord, give me a break, I don’t know how much more of this shit I can take,” she raps on the track.

“I don’t have anything bad to say about my ex — I genuinely don’t,” she began, referencing the fact that she never mention him by name on the song. “If I’m not talking about you, why’re you talking about me? You said, ‘I didn’t cheat,’ so why you thought that bar was for you? Why you making the shoe fit, Cinderella? Like, you’re squeezing your foot in there, friend.

“If it wasn’t you, why the hell is you talking to me? That doesn’t make sense and I don’t feel like I should have to explain myself but, y’know, I’m not that big of a person yet. God ain’t finished with me; he’s still working.”

During an appearance on Angela Yee’s Lip Service podcast that aired on Tuesday (December 12), Pardi was asked if he did in fact cheat on the Houston Hottie per her latest single.

The rapper, whose latest project SEXT8PE dropped on that same day as the interview, answered: “That’s not what happened at all […] is hiding text messages cheating?”

“Inappropriate, correct,” he added. “But the way that it was painted had me so mad, I’m like this is the part of the relationship — after everything that took place; everything that was kind of, y’know, forgiven; everything that we’ve washed away; especially when nobody asked for this — this is what you wanna go with?”
