Major League Ent. Gets A Deal

While Major League Entertainment is a minor label, it hasn’t kept them from making major moves. On May 22nd, Major League entered into an exclusive distribution and manufacturing contract with Caroline Distribution via the Shelter Music Group. Caroline, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of EMI Worldwide Recorded Music, will handle the manufacturing and distribution of all CDs and tapes. Major League will still take care of their vinyl.

Matt Marcus, Major League Founder and President, is looking forward to the new partnership, “To be working with Duncan Hutchinson, Howard Walkan and the Shelter staff is the perfect situation for the growth and development of Major League as an indie powerhouse, and coupled with the expertise and strength of Michael Bull and the Caroline team, its a win win for everyone involved.”
