Although he is currently getting set to perform on the Anger Management Tour with Eminem and the X-ecutioners, Ludacris is still trying to pursue a bigger career in movies. After a brief cameo in Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg’s ‘The Wash’, Ludacris is set to beginning work on two films this year. Next month production begins for ‘Radio’, where he is schedule to play an Atlanta DJ with two women, while it has just been announced he will not only star in but executive produce as well his own movie titled, ‘Skip Day’. Though the script has not been fully written yet, production on ‘Skip Day’ is set to begin as early as September.
In ‘Skip Day’ Ludacris is set play a high school senior who is transferred along with a friend from an inner-city school to a suburban prep school where things get out of control as they try to organize a senior skip day.
Ludacris and his camp, Disturbing The Peace, are still in the process of working on a compilation album to possibly be released later this summer.
