In a pair of clips circulating on social media, concert-goers scream with excitement as Lizzo introduces Cardi B while the “WAP” rapper appears to levitate onto the platform with dancers from a hidden stage door embedded in the floor of the massive stage.
After the pair finished their performance, they shared an embrace in front of fans. Check out the pair’s team-up below:
Even though Cardi B’s appearance during Lizzo’s live show was an absolute surprise to fans, it’s no secret that the two musicians share an intimate bond, which they have showcased on multiple occasions.
During an interview with The Breakfast Club last year, Lizzo revealed she and Cardi B were separated by the director on set in the midst of filming the “Rumors” video because the Invasion Of Privacy lyricist proposed she and Lizzo engage in foreplay with while shooting a key scene.

“Let me tell you something,” Lizzo started off with a gasp. “This is the funniest person. Like we were sitting there and she was like, ‘Ok, now whisper into Lizzo’s ear,’ and this is the first time we had to do that because at first, we were just kind of chatting. And she was like, ‘I want to eat your pussy,’ when I say I died laughing, this girl is so funny to me. After that the director split us up. She said, ‘Alright y’all can’t stand together anymore we’re going to have to do this in post.'”
Seemingly laughing off Bardi’s bold request, Lizzo went on to explain why she wasn’t surprised by her offer, considering how highly Cardi B speaks about big girl “WAP” in her raps, according to Lizzo.

“To be honest with you, I can’t tell if she was joking or not,” she began with a giggle. “Because you know she is always talking about big girl pussy. She always talking about it. She say, ‘Pussy stay wet/Like a big bitch, remember that.’ Listen, I been keeping track records of this, you know, she talks about it all the time. She said, ‘You know how big girls have wetter vaginas?’ She talks about fat girl pussy all the time and she has that tongue, so who knows. Maybe the rumors are true.”
Days ahead of her recent sold-out tour date in L.A., Lizzo also celebrated another major win with her outright sweep in several nomination categories for the upcoming 65th annual Grammy Awards show.
Of the six Grammy nominations she received, Lizzo’s project Special was nominated for the coveted Album Of The Year category and also received a nod for the Best Pop Vocal Album, as well. She currently boasts three Grammy Awards including the win for Best Solo Pop Performance she took home for her acclaimed “Truth Hurts” anthem during the 62nd annual Grammy’s in 2020.
To top it all off, Lizzo is preparing to tell her own come-up story via the release of her own HBO Max special Love, Lizzo.

On November 10, the official trailer for the documentary was released featuring exclusive footage from the Detroit native’s sold-out live show, The Special Tour with Latto, coupled with commentary from the Lizzo herself as she details the hard work she put in to break the glass ceiling in the music industry as a plus-sized instrumentalist and rapper.
“Nobody was trying to sign a fat, Black girl that rapped and sang and played the flute,” she said in the trailer. “It took so much hard work to get to where I am today, but I found my voice. Now, when people see me on stage, they see themselves.”
