The terms of Lil Wayne’s three years of probation stemming from an Arizona drug bust may put a damper on his celebration plans.
According to TMZ, Wayne has been ordered to three years of unsupervised probation, in addition to 360 hours of community service. The kicker is that Wayne “may not consume or drink any substance containing alcohol” during his probation.
In addition, Wayne is prohibited from associating (knowingly) with any person engaged in criminal activity or anyone with a criminal record without prior written approval.
Wayne is required to submit to drug and alcohol testing per the probation department.
If Wayne were to violate a term of his probation, he could be sent to prison to serve the remainder of his term. If the rapper follows through with his probation, Arizona officials will drop his felony drug charge to a misdemeanor.

Those are the same conditions everyone gets. Its almost impossible to get caught for alcohol like another guy said. You have to walk into the alcohol testing place drunk to get caught. It can only detect alcohol in your system up to maybe 6-8 hours.
It appears Wayne got Hyta probation so his Felony can get reduced to Misdemeanor if he follows through on his probation requirements. He can still do all the pills he wants. Thats in your system for 3 days.
In other words….Wayne will be back in prison within a matter of months.
