Lil Wayne Calls “Drake Vs. Lil Wayne” Tour “A Battle Type Thing”

Lil Wayne, who is set to go on tour with Drake this year, recently revealed what fans can expect from the Young Money duo.

“The plan is just going – since, thank God, we’ve been so successful – just going back and forth with our hits, getting the crowd to go crazy,” Wayne says in an interview with MTV. “And then just finally hitting the stage together and going crazy. I think it’s something like a…It’s a battle type thing.”

When asked who would win the battle, Lil Wayne said one of them has an edge.

“I give the good guy the edge,” Wayne says.

Drake is also set to appear on Tha Carter V. While fans have heard the duo on “Believe Me,” Wayne says there’s more to come from the twosome.

“He’s on the album way more than [that],” he says. “He’s on a few other joints.”

Beyond Drake’s appearances on the album, Lil Wayne says Nicki Minaj is also scheduled to appear on Tha Carter V. Meanwhile, Wayne says he is also set to join Minaj on The Pink Print.

“It would not be albums without them [collaborations],” he says.
