The open-space contemporary mansion sits on 1.35 acres of land inside a gated community, giving privacy and serenity to any potential buyer.
There’s plenty of room for others as well with over 7,000 sq. feet, boasting five bedrooms and six bathrooms along with a laundry list of amenities including an in-ground pool.

There’s even a jacuzzi close enough to the property that Uzi may have used to practice their dare-devil stage dive front flips.

Lil Uzi Vert originally bought the glass-walled house for $4.4 million back in 2021, and if the asking price is met, they stand to make over $1 million in profit after expenses.
They’re far from the only celebrity to explore Bell Canyon as Jhené Aiko, Trey Songz, Shaquille O’Neal, Joe Rogan and more have also purchased homes in the area.

It’s unclear where Lil Uzi Vert will head next to live full-time once they sell the Ventura County mansion.
On the music side, the Philadelphia rapper returned in June with their highly anticipated Pink Tape album, which went on to top the Billboard 200 after earning 167,000 first-week sales.
Last month, Uzi took to social media to let their friends know they’re done letting some people take advantage of them.
“I ain’t on that friendly shit no more,” they said in the clip. “I don’t fuck with none of you n-ggas. It is what it is. However it go. Renegade style, pussy.”
