Lil Durk has a message for the men in his on-again-off-again girlfriend, India Royale’s comment section, and is willing to fight about it.

In a screenshot from the Chicago rap star’s Instagram story on Friday (March 10), Lil Durk made it clear that despite the couple breaking up with one another in 2022, he doesn’t play when it comes to his former bae.

The rapper posted a video clip where a man can be seen punching another man in the face, and added the caption: “Catch y’all in her comments ima break them jaws.”

This is not the first time Durk professed his love for India online. Last month, he posted a Valentine’s Day Message to India.

“Happy Valentine’s Day to the woman that made me a man,” he wrote in the caption, with a photo of India. “I love you @indiaroyale.”

The post was accompanied by a clip of Future’s 2014 song “I Won.” However, the “What Happened To Virgil” rapper’s message didn’t go well, leading to Durk deleting his post.

Moments later, India seemingly responded in a series of Twitter posts – and she was none too pleased. “People really do not respect boundaries at all,” India wrote. “I try my best to be respectful and not put on a show, but people don’t respect my choices. Let it go.”

Catching wind of his ex’s response, Lil Durk returned to his Instagram Story to stand firm in his original post – before deleting his entire story altogether. “I post cause I wanted to,” he wrote in the since-deleted post. “The internet don’t run Durk. Try the troll with another MFr. Leave certain people alone.”

In spite of his relationship woes, Durk’s career has not suffered. In fact, the OTF honcho recently received some high praise from Swizz Beatz.

The super producer recently spoke with Billboardand revealed that Lil Durk is the youngest artist to crack his Top 10.

“I’d say [Lil] Durk. You know why? Because for me, it’s not just about bars. It’s about believing those bars. When we first started coming up with Ruff Ryders and The LOX, what they was rapping about, they was really doing. It was really about that. It wasn’t for views, it wasn’t for an app, it was to express their surroundings,” he explained.

“That’s what Durk does. When you hear him rap, you know that he’s actually been through what he’s talking about — some fortunate situations, some unfortunate situations, but it’s almost like an autobiography in real time. That’s what ‘Pac did, that’s what X did, that’s what B.I.G. did.”

Swizz continued: “The people we call the best of all time — not comparing them to him, but they used their experiences. A lot of artists do it, but I particularly like the way Durk does it.”
