Von’s lone single of 2023 arrived earlier this month, signaling that another album was on the horizon following the release of the cinematic ATL Jacob-produced “Robberies,” which hears the Chicago native putting his vivid storytelling on display.

What It Means to Be King was released last March and the posthumous album debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 with 59,000 total album equivalent units in the first week.
