King Lil Jay has spoken out about a prison video in which a male inmate allegedly sits on his lap, denying that he is the person in the footage.

On Tuesday (July 18), the online community began speculating on Jay’s sexuality after the detention center clip allegedly featuring the rapper with another man started doing the rounds. Soon after, the Chicago rapper addressed the allegations in a phone call from prison.

“Ya’ll try to tarnish the face, man,” he said. “Ya’ll try anything — face don’t match, tattoos don’t match, body don’t, skin tone. Come on, man, make it make sense.”

Last year, Say Cheese TV asked Jay about the gay allegations, to which he responded: “Why the fuck would I do anything with a gay motherfucka. I fuck all the hoes.”

He continued: “I ain’t got nothing against the gay people. I fuck all the hoes — I love pussy to death. I love it — that shit food, man. N-ggas made that rumor up.”

As per HotNewHipHop, the “First Day Clout” MC was sentenced to 12 years in prison for murder conspiracy and the intent to kill in 2019. This traces back to a drug deal gone wrong, which resulted in a shootout in which Filmon Rezene was shot. Though he successfully claimed self-defense, Jay was convicted.

Prior to that, the Fly Boy Gang spitter was arrested and charged for irresponsible firearm discharge in 2015. His bail was then set to $400K.
