Killa Kyleon Drops “Lorraine Motel” Project To Honor Anniversary Of MLK’s Death

Houston rapper Killa Kyleon recently dropped his latest project, Lorraine Motel, Tuesday (April 4) in honor of the anniversary of Martin Luther King’s assassination at a Memphis hotel in 1968.

The project from Team Run It’s leader features guest appearances from Scotty ATL and Jack Freeman. So far, Lorraine Motel has gotten some positive co-signs from Jadakiss and David Banner.

“The Lorraine Motel project is directed at what’s going on in today’s society within the black community as a whole,” said Killa Kyleon in a statement. “It’s not a one-sided commentary, it deals with the treatment people of color have been receiving from law enforcement and how we are programmed and influenced by social media, television and the culture of Hip Hop to treat each other as well. As a race and culture, we need to stand together, but also take accountability for our actions.”
