Kendrick Lamar is putting the beef with Drake behind him and focusing on other things, according to his childhood friend.
Talking to his followers on X on Sunday (August 25), K.dot’s longtime buddy Lil L/Euro Luxxk was asked if Dot will “splash” Drizzy soon.
“Nah we leaving the Canadian alone,” Luxxk responded. “Everybody just working at this moment so just stay tune[d].”

The exchange occurred around the same time Drake appeared to have sent a subliminal message to Kendrick.
On his burner Instagram account on Sunday (August 25), Drizzy shared a clip of former Detroit Pistons star Rasheed Wallace’s famous interview where he guaranteed that the team would triumph over the Indiana Pacers in game two of the 2004 Eastern Conference Finals.
“Y’all can put it on the front page, back page, middle page, wherever, headliners, column one or two — we will win game two,” the four-time NBA All-Star confidently says in the video following the Pistons’ game one defeat.
Sheed’s prediction came true as the Pistons defeated the Pacers on their way to winning the series 4-2. They then won the Larry O’Brien Trophy after beating a star-studded Los Angeles Lakers team that boasted Kobe Bryant, Shaquille O’Neal, Karl Malone and Gary Payton in a five-game sweep.
Drake has been prolific since his perceived defeat to Kendrick Lamar earlier this year, appearing on songs with the likes of Sexyy Red, Benny The Butcher, Gordo and Camila Cabello.
He has also released collaborations with Young Thug, 21 Savage and Latto as part of his 100 GIGS EP, and just last week shared three new songs via his burner Instagram account.
They include “SOD,” his recently leaked collaboration with Lil Yachty that no longer features the Atlanta rapper, “Circadian Rhythm” and “No Face,” which features guest vocals from Playboi Carti.
The last of these quickly generated the most chatter thanks to some choice words from Drake seemingly aimed at Kendrick and the other rappers he sparred with in April and May.
Fans seem to think his latest Instagram message could mean more music aimed at Kendrick is on the way – but they will have to wait and see for now.
Kendrick won and Drake’s afraid of another L. Drake’s fans are the only ones still crying about this shit 😂
Not cry just playing with our buttholes waiting on new Drake music
Kendrick moving on. Nobody cares about Drake, and subliminals are fucking corny anyway. Kendrick pretty much created the modern day version of Hit em Up. 20 years later they will still be playing this song and 50 somethings will be lipsyncing it moking Drakes demise in the club.
Damn… this is the SECOND time that I agree w/ you. And also, Gar Greg is a puto.l
Drake. Is. Corny. A. F.
Yes k dot don’t want any better he literally started the beef just so he could get his delusional fan base to buy his next album. Buddy has never outsold drake or j Cole # L
Look at this puto trying to be like me… YO MOMMA! Now get yo a** inside and start cleaning your room. With yo J-Cole/Drake knob licking lame self. Let me put my d*ck on your shoulder so you can have something to think about.
Drake clearly won. Yes k dot don’t want any better he literally started the beef just so he could get his delusional fan base to buy his next album. Buddy has never outsold drake or j Cole # L
So the winner of a rap battle is based on streams and sales? You pitiful little Drake fans don’t even understand how battles in Hip Hop work. 🤣🤣🤣🤣
All of Kendrick’s diss tracks had way more streams and views than Drake’s during the beef. He not only won the beef in the traditional sense by outrapping Drake and winning over the majority vote, his diss tracks gained way more streams/views than Drake’s. Not Like Us broke records. Biggest rap song debut ever. So no matter how you look at it, Kendrick won.
Did you just get to earth?
