Kendrick Lamar and Janelle Monae are just some of the names that have been announced on the lineup for this year’s Outside Lands Festival.
On Tuesday (March 7), the three day festival announced its 2023 bill on Instagram. Some of the acts joining Kung Fu Kenny and the Glass Onion star include Megan Thee Stallion, Lil Yachty, J.I.D., and Mariah The Scientist.

The music and arts festival will take place from August 11-13 at the Golden Gate Park in San Fransisco, and general admission tickets will be on sale Wednesday (March 8) at 10 a.m., via the festival’s website.
“The Outside Lands 2023 lineup is here! Don’t miss @KendrickLamar, @FooFighters, @ODESZA, Lana Del Rey, and many more on August 11-13 as we celebrate 15 incredible years in Golden Gate Park,” the festival wrote. “3-Day tickets are on sale TOMORROW, 3/8 at 10am PT so set those alarms!”

The California based festival will celebrate 15 years this year. According to the festival’s website, the Outside Lands Festival aims to “provide an educational forum for sustainability and social consciousness, showcasing local community organizations.”
Throughout the years, Lupe Fiasco, Q-Tip, Nas, Erykah Badu, Big Boi, Macklemore, Stevie Wonder, D’Angelo, Kanye West and more have performed at the festival. Last year’s lineup included SZA, Lil Uzi Vert, Sampa the Great, Jack Harlow, Larry June, Post Malone, and more.

Despite not being billed to perform at the festival this year, Uzi has been tapped to perform alongside Kodak Black and GloRilla at the 2023 Broccoli City Festival.
On Wednesday (March 1), the festival announced the lineup for its 2023 edition. Some of the people joining Uzi, Yak and Big Glo for the two-day festival include City Girls, Ice Spice, Mariah the Scientist, Lola Brooke, Brent Faiyaz, Chloe Bailey, Coco Jones and more.
The festival will take place July 15-16 at Washington D.C.’s RFK Stadium Festival Grounds.
“This year’s lineup continues our tradition of celebrating culture in the DMV, both nationally and locally. We want to continue highlighting those who continue to play a role in driving progress in Black communities,” Brandon McEachern, co-founder of Broccoli City Festival, said in a statement.
He added: “Our goal is to always create a dope cultural experience and highlight a diverse group of artists who are taking Black music to new heights, and I’m proud of how it’s come together.”
