Kendrick Lamar and Dr. Dre’s “It’s Alive (Pyrex)” has leaked in full, nearly a decade after the track’s initial debut in a Beats By Dre commercial.

The West Coast rap legends teamed up for the ad in 2013, which found the duo working on “It’s Alive (Pyrex)” but struggling to put the finishing touches on the record, being the perfectionists they are.

After sleeping on it, a creative breakthrough then occurs through the lens of a Beats Pill and Beats By Dre headphones.

The song never received an official release, but the two-minute track leaked through an unknown source along with a few other Kendrick Lamar tracks this week.

“I rap with a Pyrex in the projects/ I’m crack in a pot, I’m a prospect/ I’m a pirate on a dock full of dope, uh/ I can dissect any rapper/ You could vote for the Loch Ness/ You can not test no King in a Tesla,” Kendrick raps on the track.

As far as other recent Kendrick leaks, a pair of tracks said to be from the To Pimp A Butterfly era hit the e-streets, as well as “Click Clack” featuring Bruno Mars, which is rumored to be a Section.80 outtake.

Kendrick and Dr. Dre’s ties run deep as the Death Row legend signed K. Dot to his Aftermath imprint in 2012 and served as a mentor figure to him. Dre executive produced good kid, m.A.A.d city and appeared on the bonus track “The Recipe,” as well as the album closer saluting their hometown “Compton.”

Lamar returned the favor a few years later when he appeared on Dre’s Compton album in 2015 for tracks like “Genocide,” “Deep Water” and “Darkside/Gone.”

The Compton natives are far from the only rappers to fall victim to hackers of late. Drake and Travis Scott recently had a portion of their vaults emptied with a series of tracks going viral on social media earlier this week.
