Kanye West and Ty Dolla $ign have finally released the first installment of their joint project, though it keeps disappearing and reappearing on the most popular streaming platforms.

On Friday (February 9), right around when the duo was having their listening party in New York City, Vultures 1 went live on Apple Music, Amazon Music and Tidal, but not Spotify.

However, as of 2:25 PM ET on Saturday (February 10), Vultures 1 now appears on Spotify, where it remains as of this writing.

Several hours after the project appeared on Spotify, there were reports from fans that it had vanished from Apple Music, though it appears there as of this writing.

As of now, it is unclear why the 16-track package didn’t initially made its way to Spotify, and fans weren’t too thrilled about it.

“If Spotify blocks it/doesn’t allow Ye to release it on their platform, I am leaving,” one person wrote on a Reddit thread about the inconsistency, while another added: “Spotify stay on some bs with new releases, but I love the music algorithm too much. Might have to get a one-time Apple Music subscription though.”

HipHopDX has reached out to Spotify for clarification, but did not receive immediate response.

In related news, Ozzy Osbourne recently took to social media to blast Kanye West for using a Black Sabbath sample against his wishes.

Earlier this week, the 75-year-old vocalist sent out a PSA soon after Ye and Ty’s album listening event in Chicago’s United Center, during which the duo previewed a song that featured a cut from the group’s live rendition of “Iron Man” despite, Ozzy said, having been refused permission.

In the post, the Birmingham native wrote: “.@KANYEWEST ASKED PERMISSION TO SAMPLE A SECTION OF A 1983 LIVE PERFORMANCE OF ‘IRON MAN’ FROM THE US FESTIVAL WITHOUT VOCALS & WAS REFUSED PERMISSION BECAUSE HE IS AN ANTISEMITE AND HAS CAUSED UNTOLD HEARTACHE TO MANY. HE WENT AHEAD AND USED THE SAMPLE ANYWAY AT HIS ALBUM LISTENING PARTY LAST NIGHT. I WANT NO ASSOCIATION WITH THIS MAN.”

Upon catching wind of the post, the Yeezy boss took to his Instagram Stories to suggest that a “celebrity handler” must have sent out the tweet via Osbourne’s account.
