Justin Timberlake has reportedly been arrested for driving while intoxicated in The Hamptons.

According to ABC News, the arrest took place on Monday night (June 17) in Sag Harbor, New York, with JT set to appear in court on Tuesday (June 18).

Circumstances around Timberlake’s DWI arrest weren’t immediately released.

Justin Timberlake appeared on Oprah’s Master Class last year and opened up about what he described as excessive drinking at a time in his career, according to Singersroom.

During the conversation, he discussed turning his life around by seeking help for his addiction and embracing self-care.

Timberlake is in the middle of his Forget Tomorrow World Tour, which is currently taking place across North America.

The singer last performed in Miami on Saturday (June 15), with his next show scheduled for Chicago on Friday (June 21).

Following that concert, Justin Timberlake is set to take over Madison Square Garden in New York City next Tuesday (June 25).

His latest album served as his first project in six years following 2018’s Man of the Woods.

“I worked for a long time on this album, and I ended up with 100 songs. So, narrowing them down to 18 was a thing,” Justin Timberlake told Apple Music 1‘s Zane Lowe in January.

“I’m really excited about this album. I think every artist probably says this, but it is my best work.”
