February 25th, 2003 will see the release of the Juggaknots’ “Clear Blue Skies.” For those of you thinking that this a re-release of their classic debut EP of the same name, you are only partially right. This time around, Breezly Brewin and Buddy Slim have made this an LP, complete with 11 additional tracks.
After their debut was shelved by East West Records (now Elektra in 1995, the duo got the album out via Bobbito’s now extinct Fondle’Em Records the following year. Unfortunately, it was a vinyl only release and distribution was very limited. You all know what happens when an incredible album is also really hard to find, it reaches mythical proportions. On February 25th, everyone will get to see what the hype is about.
