Judge Finds P. Diddy Not Guilty

P.Diddy has something other than the rave reviews on Broadway to be happy about. The North Carolina Court of Appeals has overturned a judgment of $450,000 against Sean “P.Diddy” Combs brought on by a former limo driver. The driver alleged that in 1995 bodyguards that were hired by Diddy to protect Mary J. Blige, whom he managed at the time, was punched and kicked following the concert.

Cedrick Lemon alleges he suffered a broken ankle and was unable to work following the incident leaving him “permanently impaired from running and jumping”.

Earlier this year a Detroit jury found P.Diddy not guilty in the case against him brought on by Roger Mills a local television talk show host who said his entourage “roughed him up” for a video tape interview. Mills alleges Diddy’s crew became violent after he asked about possible implications he had in Notorious B.I.G.’s death. No comment has been released from Diddy on the latest news in the case.
