Joe Budden & Adin Ross Trade Shots As Streaming Spat Continues: ‘Who The F Are You?’

Joe Budden‘s back-and-forth with Adin Ross doesn’t show signs of ending anytime soon, as both of them have continued their feud.

On the latest episode of The Joe Budden Podcast released on Sunday (February 11), the rapper-turned-podcaster talked to Ebro Darden about his recent tirade regarding streamers.

“There’s a lot of people involved in culture that know absolutely nothing about culture,” Budden began. “But today, because of tech, they’re integral parts in the conversation — in the song making, in what the artists can and cannot do.

“It’s like, who the fuck are you? Where did you come from? For me, the Hip Hop I come from, there’s no world where me and Adin Ross need to talk about something. Who the fuck are you, n-gga? Where did you just pop up from?”

Ross responded on his Kick stream, where he began by playing back Budden’s comment: “[T]here’s no world where me and Adin Ross need to talk about something.”

“So why bring me up, bro?” Ross asked. “How does that make any sense? Why are you bringing me up, I respond, and now you’re saying there’s no reason for him and I to be in a conversation?

“What do you want to gain out of it? You want to gain something out of it, clearly. Is your podcast doing that bad, your numbers are that bad, you need me to react to it?”

He concluded: “Damn, nothing just works out for you, bro. Your rap career failed, your podcast is clearly failing.”

You can hear the whole exchange below.

The Budden/Ross feud began when the former Slaughterhouse MC made comments about streamers following Kai Cenat’s post-Grammys admission that he didn’t know who Killer Mike was.

“Y’all little streaming n-ggas don’t always run shit! Shut the fuck up!” Budden barked on his podcast. “We don’t care about none of that lil’ streamy moshpit, marked card, whatever you n-ggas is doing over there. U-fucking-topia? U-nopia, n-gga.

“I’m just so happy that the little fuckety fucks finally have a look in the mirror moment and say, ‘Oh, it’s not about us!’ No, adults are out, n-gga! […] N-ggas got fly shit on, real execs, business people.”

Ross, in response, accused Budden of being “on some hating shit.”

“Me and Kai are 10 times richer than you will ever be, old man,” he said. “We are more humble than you and we are nicer than you. You’re obviously a very salty old man. You have nothing going on for yourself, so you now try to hate on the young motherfuckers that are more successful than you.”

    1. Imagine the lack of self awareness required to be a rapper turned podcaster complaining about streamers encroaching on your area. Absolutely hilarious.

    2. “There’s a lot of people involved in culture that know absolutely nothing about culture,” Budden began. “But today, because of tech, they’re integral parts in the conversation — in the song making, in what the artists can and cannot do.…”

I have to say Hoe Budden does make sense. These dudes really don’t know how much influence they have with their followers. One negative reaction or what not, and their cult like following is on board with no question. Anyway, it’s awesome seeing 2 people I don’t like going at each other. It feels…blissful

    3. Joe Buddens podcast is full of people that don’t know about Hip Hop. You have an old man that listens to R&B that doesn’t know what’s hip hop now. You have a 40 year old loser that listens to drill that thinks he’s part of the streets. You have a fat obnoxious 35 year old that only talks about the web and nitty era. You have a washed up hoe that only knowledge of hip hop is the don diva catalogs, and then you have Joe Buddens. The failure rapper that has admitted to not listening to rap because he’s an R&B lover. Why exactly are they more credible than this loser white kid streamer?
