Jennifer Lopez may be a multi-hyphenate who has accomplished many things in her long career – but pre-saving a song on Spotify is apparently not one of her strong suits.
Taking to Instagram on Wednesday (December 6), J.Lo shared a hilarious reel showing her pure struggle as she attempted to show fans how to save her forthcoming single “Can’t Get Enough” ahead of its release.

“Back when I made This Is Me…Then 20 years ago, you had this [shows vinyl] and you had this [shows CD],” she began in the clip. “But now, you have this [shows Spotify on iPhone].”
As she tried to log-in, Lopez learned you actually need a login to do so — and that one was beyond her. “I gotta learn how to pre-save my own record. I don’t know how to pre-save my own records,” she said to the camera.
Eventually someone off camera helped and she was able to pre-save the Sean Paul-sampled record. Check out the funny post below.
The singer and actor first teased a 30-second preview of the song on Thanksgiving weekend, ahead of its January 10 release. The track samples the dancehall star’s 2003 hit “I’m Still In Love With You” – which itself samples Alton Ellis’ 1960s classic “I’m Still In Love With You Girl.”
This Is Me…Now is being released under a new deal Jennifer Lopez signed with BMG in September. The effort is due to be a sequel to 2002’s This is Me…Then, which spawned the hits “Jenny From the Block” with Styles P and Jadakiss and “All I Have” with LL COOL J.
The sequel was recorded in 2022 and 2023 in J.Lo’s home, and will feature production from Hit-Boy, Ink, Tay Keith, Yeti Beats, Carter Lang, and Kim “Kaydence” Krysiuk.
“We are thrilled to have the opportunity to work with her and her team to release her first album in nearly a decade,” BMG’s CEO Thomas Coesfeld said in a statement to Billboard at the time of the signing. “We are both excited and proud to partner with Jennifer Lopez on this long-awaited sequel to This is Me…Then.
