JAY-Z and Rihanna have shown to love a group of senior citizens who recreated the singer’s Super Bowl performance.

Residents of Arcadia Senior Living in Bowling Green, Kentucky went viral after doing a rendition of RiRi’s recent Super Bowl LVII Halftime Show, which has over 30 million views on TikTok.

Speaking to WNKY News 40 Television, resident Sue Evans revealed JAY-Z sent them 100 roses for their “Rude Boy” recreation.

“There’s 100 of them. And they’re from JAY-Z,” she said. “My granddaughter was worried and she told her mother, ‘I hope she knows who JAY-Z is!’ I hope [people] see that getting old and living in a facility is not all bad like we used to think it was.”

Another resident, Dora Martin, explained that the idea came about after watching Rihanna’s Super Bowl LVII performance with her grandchildren.

“My grandchildren and I watched and there were flips and flops and I was standing there thinking, ‘Wow, I wish I could do that.’ And then I did do that,” she said. “I went to the doctor the other day and the nurses, as soon as I walked in there, knew who I was.”

Speaking on JAY-Z’s gift, Martin added: “I thought that was wonderful, very nice of him!”

Shortly after, Rihanna also sent the group a bouquet of flowers. Arcadia Senior Living shared photos on Facebook with the caption: “The moment we’ve hoped for, Rihanna has delivered! #TikTokStars.”

A note on the flowers read: “You Ladies Dance Was Amazing, Love Roc Nation, Rihanna.”

Various brands also showed loved to Arcadia in the comments section of their TikTok video, including the NFL, Under Armour, SoFi, Coach and Hulu.

Arcadia Senior Living now has over 115,000 followers on the platform, with other videos boasting hundreds of thousands of views.

Rihanna’s Super Bowl performance took place at the State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona on February 12, where she ran through hits such as “Bitch Better Have My Money,” “Only Girl (In the World),” “Work,” “Run This Town,” “Umbrella” and “Diamonds.”

The Kansas City Chiefs went on to beat the Philadelphia Eagles 38-35, with Patrick Mahomes winning MVP.
