Ja Rule seems unfazed by all the negativity people have been sending his way as he continues to move up and rake in millions.

On Thursday (January 4), the New York MC took to social media and shared a massive update for fans and haters alike, writing: “Just signed my new label deal potentially worth a hundred mill… LFG!!! Thanks for the love and to the haters SMD.”

Sure enough, a few trolls hopped in the comments to joke about his neverending beef with 50 Cent, which tends to bring him tons of unflattering attention. Still, he made it clear that he is onto greater things and that the past doesn’t bother him.

In response to a fan who wrote “Let’s respark up the fued with 50,” he replied: “Loser mentality… That’s beneath me!!!”

Another Twitter user criticized him by writing “giving you100mill unless it for your catalog,” to which he responded: “imagine saying no one giving me 100 mill unless it’s for my catalog which I OWN and is actually worth OVER 100 mill.”

Check out Ja Rule’s original post and some of the responses below.

Earlier this week, Ja Rule hinted that he will be dropping a new album, which will mark his first in over a decade. To start the year, the former Murder Inc. hitmaker took to Twitter and revealed that he’s in the zone.

“In full Album mode… #CWWTST,” he wrote, seemingly teasing an abbreviation for the album title. It is worth nothing that he previously used the hashtag in October, when he wrote: “I’m cooking up a CLASSIC…. #CWWTST [wave emoji].”

Ja Rule’s last album, Pain Is Love 2, came out in 2012, peaking at No. 197 on the Billboard 200 chart with just over 3,000 first-week sales.

That marked the Queens, New York native’s first studio effort in eight years following 2004’s R.U.L.E., home to hit singles “New York” featuring Fat Joe and Jadakiss as well as “Wonderful” with R. Kelly and Ashanti.

The album hint arrives ahead of Ja Rule’s The Sunrise Tour, which celebrates his 25 years in the rap game since the release of his 1999 debut album, Venni Vetti Vecci.
