J. Cole Spotted Writing Raps In Public After Being Mobbed By Fans During NYC Bike Ride

    J. Cole is living his best life in the streets of New York City, taking it back to the basics by riding his bike around and writing raps on benches.

This week, the Dreamville boss was spotted multiple times by fans in the Big Apple. At one point, they surrounded him when he was on his bicycle and he kindly obliged by posing for the multiple cameras.

“Yo that’s crazy, bro. Chillin’ – just see my boy on a bike. On a bike!” one fan exclaimed.

On a different day, he was spotted from afar as he was sitting on a bench outside and writing.

“J. Cole is really out in public writing verses with pen and paper…” one fan account wrote with a clip of the encounter. “The Fall Off is going to be legendary.”

This isn’t the first time J. Cole has been spotted writing outside in recent months. Early last month, a TikTok user went viral for running into the Dreamville rap star at the beach amid the bitter feud between his close peers that he’d previously bowed out of.

The user, @2kold.fr, posted a video of calming ocean waves before it cuts to a photo of her sat next to Cole on the sandy beach.

The “Middle Child” hitmaker, who was seemingly alone, could be seen wearing a typically casual outfit along with headphones connected to a laptop.

After being bombarded with questions about the encounter in the comments section, the woman claimed that she had a 30-minute conversation with Cole and asked him about Kendrick and Drake’s beef.

“He said he doesn’t even like beef period. He’s really just chillin,” she wrote.

Many fans pointed out the amusing similarities between the real-life encounter and flood of memes poking fun at Cole for choosing a quiet and peaceful life over lyrical warfare.

The North Carolina native has been compared to tranquil scenes from Spider-Man, Family Guy and The Sopranos, which are juxtaposed with K.Dot and Drizzy’s messy dispute that has seen allegations of pedophilia, domestic abuse and child neglect.
