J. Cole Fans Mourn The Ruining Of His Will & Jada ‘No Role Modelz’ Lyrics

One of J. Cole‘s more beloved lines about couples considered to be “goals” has taken on new life.

In the aftermath of Jada Pinkett Smith and Will Smith’s latest appearance on Red Table Talk, the line about wanting a “Jada and that Will love” from 2014’s “No Role Modelz” is ruined according to longtime Cole fans and they are beside themselves.

“That Jada and that Will love lyric from J.Cole did not age well,” one fan wrote on Twiter.

The episode in question centered around singer August Alsina’s truth that he and Jada were in a relationship while the Smith’s were separated. After a representative of hers released a statement denying the romance, Jada brought herself to the red table for some “healing.”

Jada not only admitted that Alsina was telling the truth about her relationship with Alsina but also that she and Will mended their relationship in the midst of it.

“I just wanted to feel good,” Jada said of her relationship with the “I Luv This Shit” singer. “It had been so long since I felt good, right? And it felt good to help heal someone. I think it dealt a lot with my co-dependency … needing to fix, needing to help, there’s something about that childhood trauma that feels as though it can be fixed through fixing people versus fixing me.”

The episode has drawn in record viewership numbers as well as jokes from the likes of Boosie and 50 Cent. Cole fans may have taken the events of the episode the hardest.

Many have shared various memes of the Forest Hills Drive rapper looking in disgust with the Smith’s and attempting to figure out how to salvage the bar in a future release. See some of the responses below.

    1. Is that what this site is about now? Posting the opinions of morons from social media? If I wanted to know what idiots on Twitter think do you know where I’d go? Twitter!

    2. Site is basically supported by labels and posts what pays. Clearly August Alsina is paying this site. I come here for the comments and the hypocrisy, not the content

    3. this is journalism and blogging now. hey just post 30 randos from twitter! ya that will get the clicks.

    4. Seriously, these are just children commenting or “grown people” that need to grow the f up. All of a sudden people are perfect? Why all of you come for Jada (girls ? not yet real women) and not come for Will. What cuz a man blabbed about getting with a woman that was separated from her man? They know what they are doing it’sTHEIR relationship. Ask white girl Margot Robbie and demand she say what happened with Will and her because she and Will had a fling. Oh sorry for you guys that Jada’s fling actually probably wanted more or he wouldn’t have mentioned it. Or could be she’s more famous and Robbie doesn’t need it cuz she’s good. They were separated each had a thing, they worked it out kids effing relax. Next time your parents hide shit from you understand why. You can’t effing handle it! Point is marriage is effing hard that’s their way of handling it. How are we to judge?

    5. I know all is disappointed and even upset at the recent news of Will and Jada being human beings! That’s right, they are human beings and they go through things just like everyone else! Just because they are in the spotlight, does not make them perfect or exempt from rough patches in the marriage. People should still want to have that Will and Jada love. Not for the (as people see as negative) events that may have occurred in the relationship, but for the love, sustainment and strength to endure the events and still come back together and continue to love one another. Show me a marriage that has not gone through something and then we can place that couple on a pedestal. Until then, we all need to understand that love, life and marriage is not so perfect that it cannot be healed, mended and brought back together. It’s called forgiveness and healing! Stop expecting to go through all without going through. Honestly, going through and getting through is what makes you stronger. So to me, their relationship now is perfect and I can continue to truly say that I want that Will and Jada love.
