N.E.R.D. Adds a Female Member to the Group

    N.E.R.D., a group often known as Pharrell Williams’ side project, has made a change. The group has decided to add a female vocalist and her name is Rhea.

    Now you have this little Tinkerbell that’s just stepped in and has been amazing,Williams said of the new member, according to MTV [click here].
    He added that she brings a different element to the table.

    It’s made it a fun process. We can go in so many more directions, because we have the vocal support,” he added.

    N.E.R.D.’s next album, Instant Gratification, will be the first one to showcase the group with Rhea.

    She auditioned for N.E.R.D. through Skype, singing a rendition of “His Eye is on the Sparrow.”

    Presently, N.E.R.D. is set to take off on The Blueprint 3 Tour with Jay-Z. The dates and locations for that tour are below, according to LiveDaily.com [click here].
