Rick Ross and his Triple C’s crew will be releasing their first group album, Custom Cars & Cycles, on October 27.
While Ross‘ catalog is three discs deep, his fellow rappers Gunplay, Torch, and Young Breed have only seen a handful of album features over the last few years. With that said, “The Boss” is putting his full line-up front and center for a project that is also expected to include The Game, Young Jeezy, and Gucci Mane.
Confident of what Triple C’s is bringing to the table, Ross explained to MTV, “We feed the street that corner energy, that corner vibe. It’s real big. We doing what we doing.” The albums first single, “Go” featuring Birdman was released earlier this summer [click to listen].
In other news, Roc Nation emcee J. Cole has partnered with retail clothing store Jimmy Jazz to headline their new “Fresh For Fall” campaign.

Jimmy Jazz, which currently operates over 80 stores along the east coast and parts of the mid west, have chosen J.Cole because of his appeal to a younger demographic (himself a St. John’s University graduate), as well as his emerging stardom within the Hip Hop community. Cole is also featured on Jay-Z‘s latest chart-topping album, Blueprint 3 [click to read] on the track “A Star Is Born.”
