With Styles P [click to read], Sheek Louch [click to read], and Jadakiss [click to read] all dropping albums in three consecutive years, the relevance of The LOX has been at its highest peak in recent times. While very little concrete information has been revealed about their next collaborative album, the trio has recently picked the overseer of their first project in over eight years.

According to soulpitchhustle.com, Harlem producer Dame Grease will be executively producing The LOX’s album, expected for release this year. A heavy collaborator with the Ruff Ryders, Grease has done extensive work with The LOX since the mid-90’s, including their first two albums and individual projects thereafter.

This revelation comes on the heels of a new D-Block track being released, called “Get My Paper” [click to listen]. While more information will be unveiled over the next few months concerning this project, LOX fans can look to Jadakiss’ third studio album due out April 7, The Last Kiss, to hold them over.
