After selling over 2.5 million copies of his highly anticipated Tha Carter III, Lil Wayne is already in the studio working on Tha Carter IV, in addition to a new mixtape.
The mixtape, Dedication 3, will be an addition to DJ Drama’s Gangsta Grillz series which “you can expect real soon,” Wayne said on his ESPN.com blog.
Wayne added that after Dedication 3 comes out, he will be re-releasing it “with 20 extra songs for free on my Web site.“

It doesn’t stop there, as Lil Wayne is collaborating with T-Pain for an album titled T-Wayne, to be released in 2009. “We’ve got three or four songs we’ve finished,” said T-Pain to Billboard.com.
“They don’t really have titles. We’re just doing music and however it
comes out, it comes out.“
Although Tha Carter IV doesn’t have a release date attached to it, fans will be happy to know that Wayne is already in the studio, working on the album.
