The West Coast’s own Ice Cube will release his eighth album, Raw Footage, on August 19 on Lench Mob Records.

Raw Footage
will feature appearances by Musiq Soulchild, Young Jeezy, The Game and WC.

“Gangsta Rap Made Me Do It”, Raw Footage‘s unofficial first single has already infiltrated radio waves and TV stations across the country and will be followed by the albums official first single “Do Ya Thang”.

Ice Cube‘s last album, Laugh Now, Cry Later, was released in 2006 and between albums Cube has appeared in several films including First Sunday and Are We Done Yet along with other films such as The Longshots which are still in production.

As promotion for Raw Footage, Ice Cube will set out on an international tour which will begin this week in Germany and will end on September 21 in New York.
