A judge set a Feb. 17, 2009 trial date in the lawsuit brought by Sonja Norwood, mother of R&B star Brandy and younger brother Ray- J, against sisters Kim, Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian and their brother Robert Jr.
As DX reported earlier this year (click to read) Norwood has accused the four siblings of racking up more than $120,000 in unauthorized charges on her credit card when Kim was working as Brandy‘s stylist and also dating Ray J.
The Kardashians have denied every allegation in Norwood‘s suit, claiming that they had permission to make personal purchases on Norwood‘s credit card.
Norwood is seeking complete compensation for the allegedly unauthorized charges, plus 10 percent interest.
