Artists such as SZA and DaBaby appear to be overflowing with excitement as Lizzo is gearing up to release her new album.

On Friday (April 15), Lizzo shared an Instagram post revealing what appears to be the cover art for her upcoming Special album, which is set for release later this year at the height of the summer season.

“SPECIAL. THE ALBUM. JULY 15,” Lizzo wrote in the caption of the post stamped with a heart emoji.

Both SZA and DaBaby immediately jumped into the comment section of the post to show their support for Lizzo as she enters into album mode.

“AAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH let the shine begin,” SZA wrote in her comment, which also showered the “Truth Hurts” vocalist with shimmering star emojis.

DaBaby offered a title of his own, whilst also seemingly shooting his shot at Lizzo in the two comments he shared on the post.

“Should’ve name it ‘Lil Sexy’,” he wrote in part before adding, “But you special fasho.”

In the video for “About Damn Time,” which utilizes the theme of a group therapy session, Lizzo transforms her experience at a “Stressed and Sexy” support group into a funky, disco-inspired performance complete with a glossy sequin go-go look and several choreographed dance scenes including one with a team of synchronized swimmers.
