It’s not uncommon for an artist to attach their name to a liquor brand; it’s been done dozens of times. From Diddy and Cirôc to JAY-Z and Ace of Spades, there’s no shortage of celebrity liquor. But, of course, not all liquors are created equally. According to a new study, Drake’s Virginia Black American Whiskey is the worst value celebrity liquor on the market.
Conducted by Money.co.uk., the study analyzed the average cost of 85 celebrity wines and liquors, then compared it to their average ratings using Vivino for wine and Distiller for liquor. Prices and ratings were then scored to rank each alcohol line out of 100. Drake’s brand came out as the worst value liquor, closely followed by Brett Ratner’s The Hilhaven Lodge whiskey and David Bickham’s Haig Club “Clubman” single grain scotch whiskey.
While Drake’s whiskey might fall short of consumer expectations, he still ranks No. 1 for most Googled celebrity home. Earlier this month, home insurance company Confused.com used the latest Google data to discover the most searched for homes in the world of rappers and Hip Hop artists.

As the press release explains, they “compiled a list of celebrities via desk research using most famous lists from sites such as Forbes, IMDb, Ranker, E Online, Business Insider and then looked up the number of Google searches for their house in the last 12 months using Google Adwords Keyword Planner.

Drake,Eminem and Kanye West landed in the Top 3, but Drake easily took the top spot with over a million searches annually. Other artists who made the Top 20 list include Rihanna, Cardi B, Nicki Minaj, Dr. Dre, JAY-Z, Lil Nas X, Beyoncé, Post Malone, Megan Thee Stallion, Nas, The Weeknd, A$AP Rocky, Doja Cat, Wiz Khalifa and Iggy Azalea.
