Pooh Shiesty is still making an impact on the free world from behind bars. A noted fan of rocking black ski masks, the trend has picked up especially around Shiesty’s hometown of Memphis. It’s become so widespread that one Memphis store has put a ban on customers wearing the Shiesty ski masks.
“Please remove all Shiesty’s before entering,” the storefront flyer read, featuring a photo of the black ski mask that Shiesty has popularized.
Another photo has surfaced from South Memphis with a store advertising black ski masks dubbed the “Pooh Shiesty mask” for $4.99.
“I can’t lie he did he got all these young niccas wearing them in also now everybody wanna be Shiesty,” one fan chimed in on Instagram while another added. “He ain’t start it but definitely popularized it fasho.”
