As Vevo continues to roll out its year-end lists, The Weeknd and Lil Baby – who already was crowned the King of Vevo for 2021 last week — again topped the platform’s “10 Most Watched Videos of 2021” list.

The Weeknd’s music video for “Save Your Tears” dominated both on U.S. soil and internationally, bringing in 615 million global views and 102.9 million views stateside. Lil Baby snagged second place on the U.S. list, with his video for “On Me” raking in 94 million views. Baby was closely followed by Lil Nas X’s  “MONTERO (Call Me By Your Name)” video with 91.30 million views, and Polo G’s “RAPSTAR” video came in fourth place with 86.9 million.

Lil Baby and The Weeknd clearly dominated Vevo in 2021. The two stars have already been crowned the platform’s top-ranking artists of the year in the U.S., with Baby garnering over 770 million views, followed by The Weeknd with 558 million.

Additionally, Doja Cat and Lil Nas X charted on Vevo’s year-end list for the first time, accruing 429 and 382 million views, respectively. The latter also had the highest engagement of 2021 for his “MONTERO” and “INDUSTRY BABY” music videos, each pulling in the most likes, shares and comments across the Vevo network.

Karol G and The Weeknd dominated Vevo’s global market as well in 2021. The Colombian star racked up a whopping 3.11 billion views, and the Canadian pop star followed close behind with 3.10 billion.
