The Faith Evans and Stevie J divorce saga continues. The veteran producer filed for divorce from Evans in early November but just days later were filmed frolicking on the beach.

The emotional roller coaster continued when a video of Stevie J accusing Evans of cheating surfaced online and he was forced to issue a public apology to his estranged wife for the vile accusations. But now it looks like the divorce is moving full steam ahead.

According to legal documents obtained byThe Blast, Stevie J is asking for spousal support from his estranged wife and wants to be absolved from making monthly payments to her. In the filing, Stevie J confirmed he married Evans on July 17, 2018 but claims the two of them “separated” on October 19 amid “irreconcilable differences.”

Stevie reportedly checked the box that says “spousal or domestic partner support payable” as well as the box asking to “terminate the court’s ability to award support to (Evans).” He also wants Evans to pay his legal fees.

The couple’s marriage has been tumultuous to say the least. In April, Stevie J’s ex-girlfriend and mother of his child, Joseline Hernandez, accused Evans of being unfaithful. She also made disparaging comments about Evan’s autistic son and called him an “animal” for an incident involving Hernandez’s daughter Bonnie Bella.

“This old bitch need to keep the bricks out her way,” she wrote in a since-deleted Instagram post. “I ain’t been with that man in four years. Every time my TV shows about to drop this ol wore down melted bitch got something to say to stay relevant.

Biggie's Widow Faith Evans Accused Of Cheating As Stevie J Officially Files For Divorce

“Bitch you a hoe. And your husband told me and my husband last week that you cheated on him with young n-ggas and you do it all the time. Now talk about your crazy ass kid that almost killed Bonnie under your watch.”

In December 2019, Stevie J raised some eyebrows when he tweeted, “No woman is faithful … one’s insecurities can damage them,” and “cherish what you love just know nothing will last forever!” He later claimed his Twitter and Instagram accounts were hacked, and he wasn’t responsible for the tweets.
