Rick Ross Gifts Son His Own Wingstop Branch For 16th Birthday

Rick Ross is looking to pass on his “boss” lifestyle to his kin. As his son, William Roberts, celebrated his 16th birthday on Tuesday (September 14), Rozay decided to gift him his own Wingstop location.

“Everyone wish my son @mmgbigbank HAPPY 16th BIRTHDAY !!!” he wrote in an Instagram post. “Today he became the owner of his 1st @wingstop franchise. Your now officially a BOSS !!! Keep Going.”

Salutes poured in from a plethora of Rick Ross’ Hip Hop peers, including Jim Jones, E-40, Murda Beatz, T.I. and Killer Mike.

“William, I’m extremely proud of you my son,” Rick Ross later commented on his son’s birthday post.

The MMG boss owns over 25 Wingstop locations and had no problem handing over one to his son to see him manage the business.

Meanwhile, it’s been a busy second half of 2021 for Ross, who released his The Perfect Day to Boss Up book earlier this month. He’s also promising a new album titled Richer Than I’ve Ever Been before the year’s out. Until then, check out the birthday post for his son above.

    1. Dope, a good idea too to see how his son deals with pressure in running a business and it’ll keep him busy too

      1. There’s nothing dope about it. If Rick Ross wants to teach his son anything about life he’ll make him start by sweeping the floor and bussing tables. If he shows aptitude and interest then send him off to school taking hospitality management or something practical. Then bring him back in to manage the kitchen and the books. That’s what competent people do with their kids. Not set them up to fail with PR stunts.

        1. We don’t know what goes on in that family’s household. He might already have had the talk about business and is probably ready to head in that direction. He’s already set up for success in different ways either way he goes, so you can’t really say that.

    2. Very good positive news. I hope others will follow suit and do the same versus buying clothes and cars and stuff. We have to push the kids in the right direction. REAL BOSS TALK !!!!!!!!!!!

    3. That’s not how you own a business. As I say, these guys can’t do anything that looks right. If this was the “next man’s” business and he had his son in a photo looking like that for his birthday with that caption, would you support that business? Everything these guys do is a joke in some way. I used to be heartbroken as rap was so important to me as a youth, but now I accept the smallness of it all. It was never that important and you can always do yours in your time.

    4. Yeah a 16 yr old owning and managing a business and restaurant. What could go wrong? How bout one of your cars not a whole resturant ..what a dumbass

      1. folks complain about anything. How about, he may just be smart enough to pull it off with the proper management direction. It’s not like he will be running the whole operation alone. BUT, what do I know- You live in your moms basement.

      2. Shut yo weak jealous ass up bitch you just a weak jealous Motherfucker hating on the nigga boy’s come up and smartness to have the spiritual foresight to pick the right daddy in other words don’t hate HO congratulate

      3. I’m pretty sure that existing management and staff may be there. If I had the money I would definitely buy my sons something like this so that they can build well for themselves instead of working for someone else. You got to learn anyway, you might as well learn to be a boss.

    5. You’re so dumb. A car? What are you dummy? He’s teaching him to be a business owner. Life skills and power of managing resources and budget.

      A car. Lmao

    6. His son will now definitely never know the meaning of hard work and getting it on your own. That turnkey business is gonna rake him in 6 digits a year and he’s gonna treat people like he’s better than them when he won’t ever lift a finger
