The Migos trio set out to make a lasting impression during their The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon appearance earlier this week — and according to Quavo’s iPhone receipts, it appears they have with a Hip Hop legend.

As Culture III competed for mainstream dominance against the likes of Polo G, Pi’erre Bourne, among others on Friday (June 11), the Migos frontman shared a JAY-Z text message exchange that spoke highly of the live rendition of album single “Avalanche.”

“That Avalanche song is beautiful,” the contact that read ‘JAY Z HOV’ wrote in Quavo’s screenshot. “Congrats to you and the guys on the album. Peace God!”

An appreciative Quavo replied with “put everything we had into this one” signifying the extended three-year time window between the Culture II and Culture III releases. Offset previously went on record to say the album series would conclude with the trilogy.
